Account deletion request

If you can't sign in to the app, you can request account deletion via email verification.

If you can sign in normally, please use the "Delete account" menu inside the app — it's safer (admin transfer, etc.).

What happens when you delete

  • A 30-day grace period applies after request. After that, your account is permanently deleted.
  • Your content is anonymized as "Deleted user" and remains visible. Payment records are retained for 5 years (legal obligation).
