Child Safety Standards

Effective date: 2026-06-03

1. Purpose and Scope

Meroni Swing (the "Service") prioritizes the safety of children and strongly opposes Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). These standards are published in compliance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards Policy and applicable laws, and describe our policies, procedures, and contacts for ensuring child safety within the Service.

2. Eligibility and No Under-14 Policy

The Service is available only to individuals aged 14 or older. All users explicitly confirm at sign-up that they meet this age requirement (recorded as age_confirmed). If false declarations are detected, we restrict access and immediately delete or anonymize related personal information.

  • Explicit age verification during sign-up (checkbox + consent record)
  • Immediate restriction if under-14 account or data is detected
  • No intentional recruitment or targeting of users under 14

3. CSAE Prevention Policy

The Service strictly prohibits any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and exploitation. The following content and behavior are forbidden and will result in immediate permanent account suspension plus reporting to authorities upon detection:

  • Images, videos, or text that sexually depict or suggest minors
  • Sexual solicitation, grooming, or luring of minors
  • Unauthorized collection or distribution of minors' personal data
  • Any sexualization of minors — real, virtual, or AI-generated

The Service combines automated and manual monitoring with user-reported review of uploaded content. Violating content is removed promptly, and sanctions are applied to involved accounts.

4. In-App Reporting Mechanism

The Service provides in-app reporting for all users to immediately escalate child safety concerns.

  • Reportable items: Other users' profiles, posts, comments, direct messages (DMs)
  • Report reason categories: inappropriate, harassment, spam, illegal, privacy, other — child safety threats should be reported as "illegal" or "other" with details in the body
  • Block feature: Independent of reports — block any user instantly (all interactions cut off)
  • Response SLA: Child safety reports are reviewed initially within 24 business hours and resolved within 72 hours as a target

For urgent matters, you can also email the address below directly.

  • Information and Communications Network Act — limits personal data collection for users under 14
  • Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA)
